“ Excellent service ”
“ We had a great time! The cocktails were excellent, the coffee was very good and the food was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. Everything was perfect and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended! ”
“ My Wife and I chose to stop at Bar Liberty for a drink on a very hot day in early June. We were not disappointed. Having had no intention too eat, we were considering a snack when our waiter suggested a “Sicilian Selection”. We expected the usual tasty selection of Panelle, Croche, Arancini etc etc. What we got was nothing short of one of the best lunches we have had in Sicily. A selection of 6 dishes each that started with apertizers and ended with a bowl of Lasagne. Each was carefully designed and executed and ranged from delicate to rich. The Lasagne was unexpectedly light but beautifully balanced. This was the second review I have written from that day and I am not at all good at leaving reviews. Bar Liberty manages to stand out in a city where so few restaurants simply dish out tourist food. I haven’t even mentioned the service, everything was done with just the right balance of attention and banter. I would urge anyone to actively seek out Bar Liberty. Good luck to all you guys at Bar Liberty, we will be back next time we are in Palermo! x ”
“ We visited Bar Liberty twice during our four-day trip to Palermo, and it was easily one of our favorite spots. The staff is truly amazing - our waiter even remembered us and our exact order from the day before, which was a level of service we didn't experience elsewhere in the city. The atmosphere is perfect for soaking in the local hustle and bustle, often accompanied by great live music. We shared the tasting platter, and almost everything was delicious. The only letdown was the pasta rings on the far left, which felt a bit basic. However, the drinks were excellent and the overall experience was so positive that we wouldn’t hesitate to return if we’re ever back in Palermo! ”
